 The metrics specification are usually confusing to me when dealing with academic documents. We are usually trying to deliver the best paper that you can takes our mind away from these minor details that might cost a better grade.

Post 11: explore what you learned about the class issue you wrote about

 Dealing with procrastination is a constant battle. We have to keep trying to maintain discipline every work day of our lives. This is a problem that approximately 70% of college students face in the U.S. After my research on this topic, I have seen many different ways to battle procrastination. Keeping yourself away from technology when you have work to do is a good way to avoid it in our modern world. Most people are directly connected to their devices 24/7. Setting goals and rewarding yourself when you finish your tasks is a good incentive as well.

Post 10: Discuss any craft, activity, or profession to which you have devoted, or will devote, 10,000 hours to become an expert

 I want to become an expert in cybersecurity. This is the area I chose to start a college course in a foreign country. By being a foreigner I know I have to put an extra effort into being a worthy professional here in the U.S. I'm still on my first term, so I know that I still have a long way to go, but when the time comes, I will understand which focus my career will need.

 When we write academic papers, we have to try to use clear and proper language and meaning. By having your paper evaluated by professors is a good way to prepare yourself for different expert audiences. Looking for authoritative and credible sources, we students need to bring the most useful information to the essays we write in college.

Post 8: Evaluating my professional blog

 I have chose Zero Day as my professional blog. Using the Mercer's University C.R.A.P. test I can see that this is a great source to keep myself informed for the career path that I have chosen. Currency: Zero Day blog is updated every day, sometimes even more than once. Relevancy: It covers topics related to the field that I am studying and other related topics as well. Authority: The news are collected from different news websites from all around the globe. It is hard to determine if all sources used are reliable. Purpose: The blog has the purpose of gathering news from this field and provide newsletter to professionals that work or study Cybersecurity.

Post 7: Covid-19 vaccine successful in neutralizing three variants of the virus

 The Covid-19 vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech was reported successful in neutralizing three different variants of the virus in Brazil and South Africa. These variants were confirmed to be more contagious than the original virus that is causing a worldwide pandemic. It is good to see that science is beginning to understand the main issue that we are facing since early 2020. That sure brings some hope to all those who are eager for this global pandemic to end.

Post 6: Analyzing the professional blog

     The Zero Day blog focus on security research, vulnerabilities, threats and computer attacks. It provides constant news and updates about many different topics on that field. I can learn a lot from that blog, since it is an area that is constantly changing and it is updated more than once and daily. They talk about subjects that are a constant discussion nowadays, like data breach, privacy on the internet and financial reports.      Cybersecurity is a field of Information Technology that is in constant change and by following this blog, I can keep myself updated every day and have an advantage when trying different job opportunities.

Post 5: Explore some content that you do not quite understand in one of your other classes

 Geometry was always a topic that I've had issues since highschool. I do not usually have many issues when learning and studying math in general, but usually content that requires different kinds of formulas and do not go in a logic direction are difficult to me. These kind of exercises require constant practice for me to do not forget these formulas and know how to apply them correctly.
